In your Portfolio overview in the Zerion extension, you'll see 'Manage Positions' if you have Liquidity Pools or staked assets.
Those are direct links to dapps and protocols where you can manage your position.
Click on that button, and your browser will open up the dapp's website in a new window. Simply connect your Zerion wallet and start managing your position.
