With the Zerion mobile app, you can back up your watch addresses, favorite dApps, assets, and app settings, making it easy to restore your preferences if you reinstall the app or switch devices. In this article, we’ll show you how to enable this feature on your device.
This feature is called Device Sync on iOS and Data Backup on Android. It is not available on the Zerion browser extension. When enabled, your backup data is encrypted to ensure your privacy, anonymity, and security. Zerion does not store or have access to your personal data, and nothing is visible to us.
🔥 This feature does not back up your private keys or recovery phrases
Be sure to store them securely, either by backing them up manually or or using a cloud backup.
Setting up Device Sync on iOS
Open the Zerion mobile app.
Go to App Settings > Device Sync.
Toggle the Device Sync option to enable it.
Make sure iCloud Keychain is turned on in your device settings.
Setting up Data Backup on Android
Open the Zerion mobile app.
Go to App Settings > Data Backup.
Toggle the Data Backup option to enable it.
To back up immediately, tap Open Settings at the bottom and use your Google One account to save your data.
