Forgetting your Zerion password or PIN can be stressful. Your password or PIN is used for encrypting your recovery phrase, which secures access to your funds.
If you've backed up your recovery phrase, whether on paper or backed up in the cloud, you can regain access to your wallet addresses quickly. Follow the steps below to restore access to your accounts on the Zerion mobile app or Zerion browser extension.
🔥 Important: Lost Your Recovery Phrase?
If you’ve no access to your recovery phrase, and if you can not access your accounts anymore, unfortunately, there’s no way to restore your accounts. Zerion is a self-custodial wallet, meaning only you have control over your recovery phrase. For your privacy and security, we do not store or have access to this information.
