If you’ve lost or forgotten your Zerion password in the browser extension, or your Zerion passcode in the mobile app, you can restore access as long as you still have your recovery phrase.
For the Zerion Browser Extension
Open the extension and click Need help?
Select Clear All Data.
Review the warning, then toggle Yes, Erase my data.
Click Erase my data.
You’ll be redirected to the onboarding page. Choose Import Existing Wallet and enter your recovery phrase to restore access to your wallets. If you use a Ledger device, you can connect it instead to regain access to your wallets.
For the Zerion Mobile App
Open the Zerion mobile app and tap Reset on the Passcode screen.
Confirm by tapping Yes.
The app will reset, and you’ll be taken to the onboarding flow. Tap Add Existing Wallet.
Select Import, then enter your recovery phrase to restore access. If you use a Ledger device, you can connect it instead to regain access to your wallets.
I Don’t Have My Recovery Phrase
If you’ve lost your recovery phrase but still have access to your funds (for example, you forgot your Zerion Extension password but can still open your wallet in the Zerion mobile app using your passcode, or vice versa), you can view your recovery phrase by following the instructions in this article.
However, if you no longer have access to your Zerion wallet on any device and you don’t have your recovery phrase, unfortunately there is no way to regain access. The only option is to remember your passcode or recovery phrase that unlocks your Zerion wallet.
